                              RESOLUTION NO. 21803
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, CONTRACT NO. 53B-1, SPRING
                 CREEK AND FORT OGLETHORPE PUMP STATIONS, WITH
                 JONES ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRUCTION, INC., WHICH
                 CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY
                 TWO THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND
                 80/100 DOLLARS ($2,926.80) FOR A REVISED
                 CONTRACT AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN
                 THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND 80/100
                 DOLLARS ($777,926.80).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 1, Contract No. 53B-1, Spring Creek 

       and Fort Oglethorpe Pump Stations, with Jones Environmental
       Construction, Inc., which change order increases the contract
       amount by $2,926.80, for a revised contract amount of 
$777,926.80.
